Salary Range: $24-28/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a professional and welcoming representative of the organization by greeting and assisting visitors, as needed, in support of front desk operations.
- Helps maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment and promotes a positive company image through light upkeep as necessary.
- Performs various clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, drafting emails, letters & memos, invoices, reports, photocopying, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
- Assists with confidential administrative functions, including personnel file maintenance, onboarding documentation, employee record management, and other Human Resources support activities as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive employee, financial, and business information and exercises discretion when handling personnel records, communications, and company data.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Team and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Organizes and maintains confidential electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Owns the creation, maintenance, and regular updating of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, accessibility, and control across departments.
- Coordinates with the Administrative Supervisor on event logistics and planning for in-house and external events, including catering, pick-up, set-up, and on-site support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent required.
- Three-four years of related experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Experience supporting Human Resources, payroll, medical, or other confidential administrative functions is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, verbal and written Spanish communication skills a bonus.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. Must be well versed in Microsoft Excel, and Word, with some knowledge in PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for occasional local errands or off-site tasks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office and is usually low to moderate.
- Movements including but not limited to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching are required.
- Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; talk; see; and/or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at all times.
- This position does not require out-of-state travel but does include travel for the purposes of running various errands to various local locations.
